All sales are final. Because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a file has been delivered.
Exception: If you experience a problem downloading or printing your file, please contact us at g1horvath@comcast.net and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file at no charge.
We recommend downloading your file immediately after purchase and saving a copy for your records.
